Welcome to the Windsor-Essex County Senior Games Web Site.

The Senior Games is a not-for-profit, volunteer led organization designed to help the 55+ generation continue to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle through organized sports and recreation tournaments. The Senior Games Council believes that "life is motion" and they are urging all older adults in the area to "come on, get moving."

Registration for the Summer 2008 Senior Games begins Feb. 21st to Mar. 28th. Look for the details about dates and locations and get your registration form on line or visit your local Senior Centre or Parks and Rec. starting Feb. 23rd. Prediction cycling will be new for this season along with all the old favourites.
