Senior Games RegistrationEligibility Please call ahead to arrange a time to register The deadline to register for Summer Games is Friday March 28, 2008. No registrations will be accepted after this date. You can email the Senior Games and request a registration form that can be filled in by email using the address below. Request Registration Form from pkupnicki@city.windsor.on.ca There are three easy ways you can register for the Senior Games Print the online form and mail it, with a cheque for registration fees. Call ahead to one of our registration locations and confirm when someone will be available to help you and then go there and register in person. Request a registration form by email.
