Registration procedure

Visit the calendar here and select your events. Then come back here.
Registration for the Senior Games may be done in any of the following ways:
BY MAIL.  Simply fill out the registration form and mail it, along with your cheque or money order (made out to Windsor-Essex County Senior Games), to 419 Frank Ave., Windsor, ON  N8S 3P2.   Be sure to keep a copy of your registration for your own records.
THROUGH GAME CONVENER.  If you see the game convener on a regular basis, you may give him/her your registration form and cheque. Prior to the deadline date is best.
IN PERSON.  Bring your completed form, along with applicable fees, to one of the following locations specified by Friday, April 13, 2018:

Life After Fifty, 8787 McHugh St., Windsor
Essex Retirees Centre, 32 Russell St., Essex
Life After Fifty, 635 McEwan Ave., Windsor
Leamington Half Century Centre, 160 Talbot St. E., Leamington

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
Please print clearly.  Make sure you include your date of birth (D.O.B.).  If you wish to be added to our e-mail list, please include your e-mail address.
Cheque or money order preferred.  Please make payable to Windsor-Essex County Senior Games and place in an envelope along with your registration form, clearly marked with your name, event and amount enclosed. If you are paying with cash, please put the exact amount!
THE OSGA FEE OF $10 must be included.
The Provincial Games will be held in Mississauga on August 10-12. Event winners, and other participants who wish to represent our District in these games, must let the convener know immediately following the conclusion of their event.
Our END-OF- YEAR CELEBRATION will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the Royal
Canadian Legion, 5030 Howard Ave., Windsor. The cost will be $20 for both
participants and non-participants. If you wish to attend, please include the cost in your registration.
Request for refunds for any events MUST BE IN WRITTEN FORM and submitted within 30 days to the convener of the event who will forward it to the District Co-ordinator and Treasurer.  If the refund is deemed valid, a cheque will be issued for the cost of the event only, unless a replacement participant is found to pay the cost of the registration fee and, in that case, a full refund will be issued.
