Life is motion so ‘come on, get moving.’ with us as we play both winter and summer tournaments with the Windsor Essex County Senior Games.

Summer 2010 Senior Games

Registration begins now and the deadline is March 19th.  Find details about dates and locations in the Calendar page and get your registration form on line or visit your local Senior Centre or Parks and Rec. starting Feb. 1st. The registration form is now available on this site.

Upcoming Fundraisers

Watch for tickets for the 2 upcoming fundraisers for the senior games.  They will be available by mid April.

Lunch and Learn at Colasantis Tropical Garden

This event includes their famous broasted chicken meal, talks by Joe Colasanti and Jay Terryberry from St. Clair College will speak.  Save this date on your calendar – Thurs., May 13 at noon.  Cost is $15. To reserve and pay for your ticket contact Blaise Gillis at 519-735-4879.

On the Go Across Essex County Raffle

This raffle will have many different prizes each on highlighting opportunities to be active in Essex County.  Watch for prizes from Tecumseh golf, Swanvue Bed and Breakfast, On the Green, Campers Cove, Windsor Parks and Recreation, Centres for Seniors Windsor, Vollmer Complex LaSalle, Puce Sports and Leisure Centre, Leamington Half Centruy Centre and even more.  Tickets will cost $2 each or 3 for $5 and they will go on sale eary in Apr with the draw at the Awards Luncheon on June 17th.  Tickets for both fundraisers will be sold at all of the upcoming tournaments and can also be secured from any of the executive.  For more information, contact Paulette Kupnicki at 519-974-3709 or at pkupnicki@cogeco.ca.
